Contact and Corrections

Use this form to contact the editorial site about a page, a source or the replacement worksheet. You can ask a content question or report an error. This is an editorial contact route, not an installation booking form. We do not collect a lead phone number through it or arrange an outbound call or text.

Report a source correction

Tell us which page you were reading and what seems wrong. For a price correction, name the publisher, source date and included work. A door-only amount and an installed range may differ without either being an error. The methodology explains those distinctions and lists the current numeric records.

If a link has moved, include the new public address or enough detail to find the relevant record. A maker's revised manual or price guide is more useful than an unexplained total. We review the evidence before changing a claim or calculator input.

What information helps

For a worksheet issue, describe the choices you made and the result shown. Include the number of openings, measured size, selected construction and opener scope. You do not need to send your home address, passwords, garage access code or payment details. Keep any quote excerpts free of those details too.

Please use a working reply email if you want a response. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list. The privacy policy explains how contact messages and spam-protection records are handled. A successful form response acknowledges receipt; it does not promise a response time or professional diagnosis.

If a door is unstable or visibly damaged, stop using it and seek suitable local professional help. This contact form cannot inspect the assembly or provide an emergency repair service.

We use what you send only to answer you. We don't add you to any mailing list from this form and we don't pass it on. See our privacy policy.
